Send back your art. Our creative team will photograph and edit every piece. If you send more pieces than you purchased, we'll invoice you for the extra pieces.

Discounted Books are only applicable to box orders that have not yet been returned to Artkive. You may not purchase discount books for an order that is currently being processed at the Artkive studio.

Can I purchase multiple discount books to use with the same box order?
Yes! You can purchase as many discount books as you'd like for your order. It's a great way to save money if you want to create separate books for each of your children.
Can I send more pieces than the amount I chose?
Yes, if you send more artwork than selected in your discount book purchase, you will receive an invoice for the additional pieces at regular Artkive cost. Every piece you send us will be photographed and included in your book.
What counts as one piece of art?
Each piece of artwork you send us will be photographed individually and will count as one piece. If the artwork is double sided, we will photograph each side and each side will count as one piece. If you would like multiple pieces of artwork on the same page, you will need to collage them onto a single piece of paper with tape or glue before sending in the art.
Will I be able to review my book before it gets printed?
Yes! You will be able fully review your book including making edits to the cover, changing the title, changing the order of the pages and adding dates or captions to the pages. Your book will not be printed until you approve it.
Can I cancel my discount book purchase?
Discount book purchases cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Discount book purchases never expire and can be transferred to a different existing Artkive box order upon request.
How does my discount book purchase affect my six-month deposit?
When you pre-pay for your book, you are exempt from the standard $75 six-month box charge, and you can send your box in at any time.
